Coaching Essentials is our premiere marketing coaching program, available exclusively to Essentials clients who will commit to a process and accountability for their practice success! Limited to only 10 participants from non-competing markets during any six-month session, this is a powerful, dynamic practice-building program. Participants join a vibrant social network, unlock a rich library of online resources, and work through a carefully designed coaching program with one-on-one assistance from Roslyn Drotar to create and implement a strategic plan for your practice.

My goal is to help you reach yours. I enjoy working with estate planning attorneys and elder law attorneys and keeping focus on their marketing and practice management needs, and maintaining a path to success. Developing relationships is crucial for the growth of your firm and I will do what it takes to keep those relationships healthy and thriving.

Roslyn joined our staff August 1, 2011. She brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing and practice development for estate planning and elder law attorneys. Roslyn holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and has worked directly in the legal field since 1987. She has worked with attorneys through the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, and received specialized training to assist attorney clients as a member of Lifetime Growth (a Strategic Coach program), John Preston's Attract, Present, Convert, Your Corporate Counsel Advantage, and Double YourRevenue. Roslyn's primary focus is to coach Essentials clients to build revenue and profitability. She has specific success in implementing client maintenance programs, marketing to business owners, and building profitable referral relationships. Roslyn also excels at building the entrrepreneurial support team, a topic she presented as a guest speaker for the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys.
